  • Place pears into a cold pan of water.
  • Add balsamic vinegar and orange honey.
  • Place a lid on the pan and bring to a boil.
  • Poach the pears in the liquid until a knife can easily go through.
  • Begin plating the pears with two scoops of ricotta cheese and a drizzle of orange honey.
  • Add some more texture with a garnish of roughly chopped almonds.
  • Enjoy this delicious dessert!
