Either it's autumn or winter, the simple flavor of butter and truffle is a true blast for any foodie. We thought of sharing our favourite and quick recipe for the simplest pasta: egg Tagliolini with White Truffle.
Ingredients:
- 200 g egg tagliolini
- 80 g white truffle butter
- White fresh truffle
- 70-80 g Grana Padano
- Nutmeg
- Broth
- Salt
- Black pepper
Start preparing the dressing: in a pan let the white truffle butter melt, season with a pinch of nutmeg and grated Grana Padano, dilute the mixture with a drizzle of broth and cook over low heat for a few minutes or until you get a sauce of right density, adjust salt and pepper, put aside. Boil the tagliolini for a few minutes in plenty of salted water, drain them, season them with the butter, mix them, sprinkle the thinly sliced truffles over them and serve.
