How to cook:
In the microwave:Heat at 800 W for 5 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.
In the pan: Remove the film and pour the contents into the pan. Heat over medium heat with a small amount of oil and a cup of water for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
