CALAMARI SQUID WITH CHIVES: this recipe is a creation by grandma Evelina and has been served in our restaurant since the early ’90s. The original and delicate flavor is obtained by combining the tender texture of the squid, creamy texture of the sauce, smoked hint of brandy and aroma of chives.
How to cook:
In the microwave:Heat at 800 W for 5 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM.
In the pan: Remove the film and pour the contents into the pan. Heat over medium heat with a small amount of oil and a cup of water for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
