Classic single sheet format with a generous size and high percentage of mushroom filling! You can cook them directly from frozen temperature, the cooking can be accomplished with a minimal amount of equipment and time. The bronze die extrusion, done at a slow pace, at a low temperature, with a naturally rough surface, realises a traditional pasta sheet which is like the artisanal one, with just the right degree of porosity and the aroma of flour and eggs, with a good appearance and rough enough to absorb with and retain any sauce and topping
