Slices were cut with a machine from 100% Iberian pigs that were selected from birth. They spend their first stage of life on the farm by feeding natural cereals until they reach a weight of between 40kg to 50kg. After that, they entered dehesas where they enjoy an exquisite diet made up of cereals, grasses, tubers, roots and acorns until they reached a weight of 170kg to 180kg.

- Meat is cured for 26 to 36 months that's why it has a delicate and elegant aroma characteristic and also a mild flavour with a touch of sweetness.
