The XL Norwegian lobster is a crustacean that has very valuable and appreciated meats that live on sandy and muddy bottoms, up to 800 meters deep. NorwegianÂ lobsters have an elongated and slender body. The characteristic carapace is covered with thorns and is equipped with 13 pairs of appendages. It has a well-developed head and a notched lateral rostrum where the eyes are placed. It is equipped with 2 claws. The abdomen consists of 6 segments plus a fan-shaped tail. It can reach a length of 24 cm.
