Maccheroncini Ferretto Fileja is a Calabrian pasta, also known as fileja, or Calabrian scialatielli, fusilli, prepared with semolina without eggs. Produced by Casa Milo in Puglia, it brings together a history of the family, passion at work and love for the soil and its produce.

Place pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water (1 litre of water per 100g of pasta)
Return water to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally
A shorter cooking time results in a more "al dente" (firm) texture
When the pasta is cooked, drain and serve immediately
