Mozzarella fior di latte is a local speciality and an integral part of themes from our area. This fresh cheese is obtained by a milky white spun paste which is stringy, soft and slightly elastic. Once sliced and slightly pressed, it will release a milky liquid.
Palazzo, a family that has produced Apulian cheeses for over 50 years. For three generations we have been producing the traditional Apulian cheese every day.
