Alce Nero organic peeled tomatoes are Italian and are grown in Puglia.
They ripen on the plant at the same time so that they can be harvested in July, August and September, guaranteeing uniform ripening. In accordance with organic farming regulations, no synthetic treatments are applied and nothing but organic fertiliser is added to prevent soil impoverishment and water pollution. Tomatoes destined for peeling are open-field and soil grown.
Tomatoes are processed to preserve their flavours, fragrance and nutritional properties.
Conservation method: Store in the fridge once opened and consume within 3-4 days.
