The Alce Nero Pizza, prepared with Italian organic ingredients and naturally leavened for 24 hours with sourdough. It is baked in a wood oven, on lava stone. The main ingredients are flour type “1” produced with selected wheat of our farmers, Alce Nero tomato puree, from organic tomatoes grown in the fields of the Emilia Romagna region, extra virgin olive oil produced with organic olives by olive growers from Apulia region and mozzarella cheese made with Italian organic TSG hay milk that comes from cows foraged with fresh or dried grass (hay) from South Tyrol (Alpes).
