Salchichon Ibérico is an incredible product from the meat of 100% Iberian pigs. These pigs spend the first stage of their life on the farm, feeding on natural cereals until they reach a weight between 40kg and 50kg. They then enter the pastures where they enjoy an exquisite diet composed of cereals, grasses, tubers, roots and acorns, reaching 90/100kg at the beginning of October, when the “montanera” starts. They are only fed up to an approximate weight of 180kg in their adulthood. This fantastic product is made according to the grandparents’ oldest traditional recipe to preserve the legacy of authenticity and of natural taste. With low preservative content, it is one of the market's most natural and healthy products.
