Tartare Gobbetto Shrimp 80g

The Gobbetto is a crustacean with a very delicate taste and a rosy colour with reddish shades. They are widespread throughout the Mediterranean Sea, with particular concentration in the channel of Sicily and the Tyrrhenian Sea; however, today it is also found in abundance in the Adriatic Sea. Here they find the perfect habitat in which to live and reproduce: deep and muddy bottoms. The hunchback shrimp, in fact, lives at depths ranging from a minimum of -150 m up to a maximum of -700 m.
