Yellowfin is excellent raw, but for grilling and broiling its needs to be cut into thin slices.
Yellowfin is also served raw as sashimi and in sushi.
Try this tuna with a marination of balsamic vinegar, a little oil, and some brown sugar for an hour or two before grilling.
