Casinetto takes its name from Il Casinetto, a family-run olive oil farm in Italy, about two hours from Rome in the foothills surrounding an extinct volcano.
Casinetto has chosen to bypass intensive farming methods that ignore the soil, the sun and insist on overwatering, consequently substituting flavour for yield. Instead, we offer regional produce that is enjoyed by the very people who live there and utilise what Europeans have known for years - just keep everything natural and simple.
It is an honest philosophy, "Buy the Best, from the Best, to serve the Best".
