Fiasconaro bake it in Castelbuono using the same slow natural leavening as their classic, so the crumb stays light despite the cocoa. It comes in a Dolce&Gabbana tin painted as a Sicilian carretto - the decorated cart - in reds, golds and black, which is why most of these leave the shop as presents.
