Instructions
To cook it properly you need to take a non-stick pan or non-stick grill, let it heat for 3-4 minutes on a high heat.
Place the sausage and leave to cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Note :the outer casing can be eaten, it is not necessary to remove it.
