Keep the item refrigerated at a temperature range of 0 to 4° C.

Place a non-stick pan or plate on medium heat for about 5 minutes to ensure it's hot enough to cook the steaks. Once the pan is hot, carefully place the steaks on the pan or plate and let them cook for 3 minutes on one side. After 3 minutes, flip the steaks over and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side. Be careful not to overcook the steaks, as this can make them tough. Once the steaks are cooked to your liking, sprinkle them with a pinch of salt and serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy your deliciously cooked steaks!
