Topped with icing and pistachio grains, this handcrafted delicacy pays homage to the rich pastry tradition of the Bel Paese, encapsulating the essence of the "Blu Mediterraneo" with each bite.
- Unique mandarin paste and essence for a citrusy, aromatic profile, refreshing the Easter cake tradition.
- Meticulously handmade, Colomba honours the pastry tradition of the Bel Paese with cherished artisanal secrets.
