Apple, Peach, Apricot & Oat - Organic Fruit Puree with Oat Flour 100g

Alce Nero, the Italian organic cooperative, makes this fruit and oat puree in Italy from Italian raw materials. Organic apple puree makes up 80% of the recipe, organic peach puree 13% and organic apricot puree 5%, with 2% organic oat flour to give it a little more body; nothing else is added. Peach and apricot bring a soft golden colour and a summery, stone-fruit sweetness, and the oat flour makes the texture slightly fuller on the spoon. Serve it as a snack on its own, stir it into plain yoghurt or warm porridge, or spoon it over pancakes. Supplied in a 100g squeezable pouch with a screw cap, stored at ambient temperature; refrigerate once opened and use within 24 hours.
