Arla Protein Chocolate Pudding is a smooth, spoonable dessert made with low-fat cow's milk and milk protein, flavoured with fat-reduced cocoa powder and natural chocolate flavouring for a deep chocolate taste. Each 200g pot provides 20g of protein and carries no added sugar, sweetened instead with erythritol and steviol glycosides, with a little apple concentrate and lactase added to the milk. Keep a few pots in the fridge for a ready-made dessert after dinner, a filling mid-afternoon snack or an easy addition to a packed lunch, with no preparation needed beyond peeling back the lid.
