This Alce Nero puree is made in Italy by the organic cooperative from Italian ingredients. Organic pear puree makes up 72% of the recipe and organic plum puree 26%, with 2% organic rice flour to give the texture a little more body; nothing else is added. Plum brings a deeper colour and a soft, slightly tart edge to the mellow pear, in a smooth puree that holds on the spoon. Serve it as a snack on its own, stir it into plain yoghurt or warm porridge, or spoon it alongside rice pudding. Supplied in a 100g squeezable pouch with a screw cap, stored at ambient temperature; refrigerate once opened and use within 24 hours.

Instructions
Stir and serve at room temperature straight from the pack with a small spoon, or spoon it into a bowl. Also good with plain yoghurt, porridge or rice pudding. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
