Two 16cm Neapolitan pizzas to a pack, made by Casinetto's Kitchen here in the UAE and frozen the day they are made. Same dough as the full-size pizza - Caputo Saccorosso Red 00, slow-proved and soft, baking to an open crumb with a puffed and blistered edge - and on top, tomato pulp, Valle Verde fiordilatte and halal beef salami, sliced thin so the edges cup and crisp in the oven. The smaller round bakes faster than a full pizza and both fit on one tray. Cut into wedges they are made for aperitivo, the Italian hour before dinner when something hot comes out of the oven alongside a cold drink. Whole, one is lunch at a desk, a snack that fills a real gap in the afternoon, or the right size for a child - supper at home, or baked in the morning and packed into a lunchbox for school. Bake from frozen at 190C for four to five minutes, no defrosting. Two 250g pizzas, 500g per pack. Made in the UAE.

Preheat the oven to 190C for 10 minutes, then bake for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is thoroughly melted and the crust is golden and crisp.
