Nduja is a typical salami from Calabria, Italy. It is a type of spreadable sausage characterized by a soft and creamy texture. This Halal version is a mixture of veal meat, added to a mixture of salt, herbs and selected spices, well blended in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
