In 1925, Alfons Loacker acquired a pastry shop in Bolzano, where he showcased his exceptional pastry-making skills and handpicked quality ingredients. His dedication to excellence became the foundation of Loacker's journey. In 1958, Armin, his son, took over as the production manager, and Christine, his daughter, assumed responsibility for administration. Together, they brought harmony to the business.

Recognizing the significance of maintaining its high standards, Loacker moved its production to Auna di Sotto in the 1970s. The legacy continued with the entry of the third generation in the 1990s. Ulrich, Christine's son, led the company to global success in the wafer market, while Andreas focused on research, development, and sustainability. Martin dedicated himself to crafting innovative products while honouring his grandfather's original recipes.

With a steadfast commitment to perfection and preserving precious resources, Loacker aspires to bring joy to its customers while safeguarding the planet for future generations.
