In 1955, Giuseppe Coppini founded his first olive oil company in Terni, Umbria, with a passion for perfecting olive oil blends. His small 150 sqm warehouse in the city centre was the birthplace of a renowned name in quality olive oil production. Known for his blending expertise, Giuseppe set the standard for producing exceptional olive oil with a rich, balanced flavour.

By 1970, Giuseppe’s son Angelo Coppini took over, expanding the company in size and reputation. The business moved to a larger location, adopting the name "Oleifici Coppini Paradiso di Angelo Coppini" and gaining recognition for its dedication to premium olive oils. Under Angelo’s leadership, the company embraced modern production technologies and faced new market challenges, setting the foundation for further growth.

In the 1990s, the third generation of the Coppini family joined the business. Micaela spearheaded international expansion, bringing Coppini olive oils to over 35 countries, while Andrea took on the blending duties as Production Director. By 2012, Oleificio Coppini had evolved into a joint-stock company, continuing its legacy of innovation with a focus on quality, sustainability, and a commitment to green energy investments.
