Passalacqua's commitment to quality is evident in its 14 coffee origins meticulously selected to craft prized blends. The company's plant, spanning 5,750 sq m near Naples, boasts a production capacity of 3,460 kg per hour. Renowned for its Neapolitan coffee tradition, Passalacqua was hailed by writer Mario Soldati as "Italy's best coffee."
