Once upon a summer in 2014, Jacopo and Filippo embarked on a mission to bring authentic Italian gelato to Portobello Road. Unable to find genuine gelato made with natural ingredients, they decided to create their own brand – Remeo. The name symbolizes their commitment to returning to the quality and purity of nature.

Crafted in Italy with a slow churn process, Remeo Gelato is naturally lower in fat and calories, with a delicate structure and exquisite flavors. The brand's visually stunning, transparent jars reflect their dedication to elegance and sustainability, being fully recyclable and reusable.

Taking sustainability further, Remeo now uses 100% recycled plastic for their jars and 100% plant-based sugarcane plastic for the lids. They strive to reduce plastic production and promote a circular economy. The Gelato community is encouraged to recycle jars and repurpose plastic into various products. Remeo's commitment extends to their Sorbetto sticks, wrapped in biodegradable, plastic-free, wax-coated paper.
