In 1957, the Pedroli salami factory came to life under the visionary leadership of Ernesto Pedroli and his wife, Ersilia. What began as a small delicatessen shop in Bareggio, Italy, soon transformed into an industrial powerhouse, with Ernesto and Ersilia working tirelessly to slaughter and process 1000 to 1500 pigs each week.
In 1992, their son Giuseppe Pedroli took the reins and focused on the production of fresh sausages, as well as the trade and transformation of pork at the Cinquestelle factory in Cassinetta di Lugagnano. With his expertise in the market and unwavering professionalism, Giuseppe elevated the Cassinetta company to its production limit.
In 2017, Pier Luca, Giuseppe's son, recognized the need to meet evolving consumer demands and ensure the highest quality standards. With his deep understanding of the market and unwavering commitment to excellence, Pier Luca decided to construct a new state-of-the-art facility in Abbiategrasso. In September 2018, the new headquarters spanning approximately 12,000 square meters was inaugurated.
