It all began in Sicily in 1982, when Salvatore was lucky enough to spend more than eight years with the king of 'Antipasti', the very man depicted in the logo. Founded with a passion for sharing the authentic tastes of Italy, Sapori d’Italia emerged from a desire to preserve the traditional culinary techniques of Italy’s various regions. Over the years, Sapori d’Italia expanded its offerings to include a range of Italian specialities, from hand-made sauces to fine olive oils and appetisers. Due to the constant growth in pesto, an establishment was built from the ground up in 2010, in the heart of Liguria; the home of Pesto, within proximity to their PDO Genovese Basil fields which allows them to guarantee the best possible quality and freshness of their main ingredient, truly respecting the 'farm to fork' concept.
