- Evenly spread the caramelised onions across the base of the pastry.
- Slice the goat cheese and arrange the pieces over the onions.
- Pour cooking cream generously over the filling to create a creamy base.
- Sprinkle grated Emmental cheese evenly over the top.
- Drizzle a small amount of honey for a harmonious blend of savoury and sweet flavours.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes, or until the pie is golden and bubbling.
