  1. Gently crush the garlic and sauté in olive oil until golden and aromatic.

  4. While the pasta cooks, lightly crush the burrata and set it aside.
  5. Prepare the pesto as-is — when the ingredients are high quality, simplicity is key.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta, pesto, and tomato mixture.
  7. Finish with burrata and fresh basil to serve.
