Ingredients:
- 200g whipping cream
- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 150g pistachio spread
- 300g savoiardi (ladyfingers)
- 1 cup coffee
- 50g sugar (optional)
- Pistachios & dried edible roses (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone and pistachio spread, mixing until smooth and light green.
- In another bowl, combine coffee, sugar (if using), and a spoonful of pistachio spread. Stir well.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the coffee mixture and arrange a layer in your serving dish.
- Spread half of the pistachio mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining pistachio cream.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and dried edible roses.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for the best texture.
