Pistachio & Roses Tiramisu

Indulge in a delightful twist on the classic tiramisu with this ! Creamy mascarpone meets rich pistachio spread, layered with coffee-soaked ladyfingers and topped with crunchy pistachios and delicate edible roses. This no-bake dessert is and perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 200g whipping cream
  • 200g mascarpone cheese
  • 150g pistachio spread
  • 300g savoiardi (ladyfingers)
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 50g sugar (optional)
  • Pistachios & dried edible roses (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone and pistachio spread, mixing until smooth and light green.
  2. In another bowl, combine coffee, sugar (if using), and a spoonful of pistachio spread. Stir well.
  3. Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the coffee mixture and arrange a layer in your serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the pistachio mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining pistachio cream.
  6. Garnish with chopped pistachios and dried edible roses.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for the best texture.
