Balsamic Vinegar Directions
Peel pears and leave the stem intact.
Place pears into a cold pan of water.
Add balsamic vinegar and orange honey.
Place a lid on the pan and bring to a boil.
Poach the pears in the liquid until a knife can easily go through.
Begin plating the pears with two scoops of ricotta cheese and a drizzle of orange honey.
Add some more texture with a garnish of roughly chopped almonds.
