  • 1 cup chilled pineapple juice
  • 2 passion fruits, pulp scooped
  • 4–5 lychees, peeled & pitted (or canned, drained)
  • ½ cup red dragon fruit (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup ice (optional, for extra chill)
  • 1 tsp lime juice (optional, zesty kick)
  • Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

  1. Chill the base Pop the pineapple juice in the fridge so it’s icy-cold when blending.
  2. Prep the fruit Scoop the passion-fruit pulp, peel & pit the lychees, and dice the dragon fruit (freeze pieces first for a frosty texture).
  3. Load the blender Add pineapple juice, passion fruit, lychee, dragon fruit, ice, and lime juice (if using) to your blender jug.
  4. Blend until silky Blitz on high for 30-40 seconds, or until the mixture looks smooth and creamy pink.
  5. Taste & tweak Need more zing? Add extra passion fruit. Prefer it sweeter? Drop in another lychee and give it a quick pulse.
  6. Serve & shine Pour into two chilled glasses, crown with mint leaves or a dragon-fruit slice, and enjoy your glowing tropical treat

Pro tip: Freezing the lychee or dragon-fruit cubes first keeps the smoothie thick and frosty without watering down the flavour.
