- 1 cup chilled pineapple juice
- 2 passion fruits, pulp scooped
- 4–5 lychees, peeled & pitted (or canned, drained)
- ½ cup red dragon fruit (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup ice (optional, for extra chill)
- 1 tsp lime juice (optional, zesty kick)
- Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
- Chill the base
Pop the pineapple juice in the fridge so it’s icy-cold when blending.
- Prep the fruit
Scoop the passion-fruit pulp, peel & pit the lychees, and dice the dragon fruit (freeze pieces first for a frosty texture).
- Load the blender
Add pineapple juice, passion fruit, lychee, dragon fruit, ice, and lime juice (if using) to your blender jug.
- Blend until silky
Blitz on high for 30-40 seconds, or until the mixture looks smooth and creamy pink.
- Taste & tweak
Need more zing? Add extra passion fruit. Prefer it sweeter? Drop in another lychee and give it a quick pulse.
- Serve & shine
