151.12Acquerello is supreme quality rice, grown by the Rondolino family. These are the only white rice in the world to be enriched with its nutrient-rich germ. This rice is grown in the fertile land of Vercelli, which has been used for rice cultivation since the 16th century.
- Acquerello rice has high liquid absorbing quality and the grains do not stick together, whilst retaining their original structure.
- It is the only rice whitened with a helix, a gentle method that leaves the grain intact, and can be stored from 1 up to 3 years.
