Pressed from the native olive varieties of its local territory, Primolio by Giachi is a first-cold-extraction extra virgin olive oil harvested at peak partial ripeness between late October and early November. • An intense golden-yellow colour with light green nuances; on the nose, broad and enveloping with notes of artichoke, wild thistle, celery, and lettuce, with prominent rosemary and wild mint.
