350g Mascarpone
150g Cream
20g Dark Chocolate
10g Cocoa Powder
Whisk egg yolks with sugar until it is firm
Next, whisk egg whites with sugar until it is firm
Now, mix both in a bowl and strain flour into it and mix gently
Preheat the oven to 210° C and bake Savoiardi for 8 minutes
Leave the oven door slightly open to let heat escape and biscuits dry
To create zabaione whisk egg yolk, water, and sugar in a bain-marie bowl until cooked and then let it cool
Now, mix mascarpone and cream until it is smooth
Add zabaione sauce to it and refrigerate
First, lay coffee-soaked Savoiardi
Now, layer the tiramisu with cream and grated chocolate
Finish it off by sprinkling cocoa powder
