Italian Biscotti or Cantucci are crunchy almond biscuits, traditionally dunked in Vin Santo, but you can accompany them with also with tea or coffee. Typical of Tuscany, they can now be found everywhere in Italy and abroad being one of the most famous Italian sweet treats.
Wheat flour, sugar, almonds 21%, fresh eggs, butter (milk ) 2%, glucose-fructose syrup, raising agent: E503, raising agent: (E450i, E500ii, corn starch), sea salt, natural vanilla flavouring.
Produced in a plant which also processes: soya, and nuts (almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts and walnuts ).
