Preheat the oven to 170 °c, then place the croissant, still frozen, on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving space between the croissants to allow for leavening during baking. Put the tray on the middle shelf of the oven, then bake for 20 to 24 minutes, depending on the desired golden brown level.
For faster preparation, you can bake the croissants in the air fryer for 16 - 18 minutes at 170 °c without pre-heating
