• Store in the freezer. 
• Do not refreeze once thawed and use within 3-4 days.

• Thaw for 8-10 hours/overnight before use in the chiller section of your fridge or directly for 4-5 hours at room temperature.
• Once thawed, prepare portions of the dough that you intend to use and keep it at room temperature for 2-3 hours to reach the ideal baking temperature.
