Nduja is made using meat from various meat cuts, some clean skin and roasted Calabrian chilli peppers which gives nduja its characteristic fiery taste. These ingredients are minced together, stuffed in large sausage casings and smoked. This pack gives you the same Nduja in a jar - compact and full of flavour.
