Danish cheese with a subtle aroma of blue mould, nuts, marzipan, and a hint of sourdough is made in small open vats from fresh cow's milk and cream using traditional Danablu methods. As a last step, each cheese is graded before slicing and packaging to ensure the highest quality. 

  • Danish Blue (or Danablu) is a traditional Danish cheese type. It is so unique that it has an official EU-protected geographical indication (PGI) status.
  • The flavour combines sweet and bitter tastes with a velvety texture that will melt delightfully in the mouth.
