Linguine Gragnano is a long, thick, solid pasta. It is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine. Like other pasta, Linguine Gragnano is made of milled wheat and water and is sometimes enriched with vitamins and minerals. It has long been one of the most well-known and popular types of pasta in Italian cooking all ingredients are high quality in Linguine Pasta. Different from other flour types semolina is more coarse in texture with a yellow buttery colour and increased elasticity ideal for fresh pasta.
  • We knead the semolina with cold water at a low temperature to ensure greater pasta firmness while cooking.  
  • Produced locally with 100% Italian hard durum wheat semolina without GMO, trans fat, saturated fat and added sugar.
